Transparent pricing
NEX RE charges the standard Alberta commission structure — no surprises, no negotiation required at the listing table.
Total commission
7% on first $100k
+ 3% on balance
Half goes to the buyer's brokerage. NEX RE retains the seller's half.
If the buyer is also represented by NEX RE (a double-ended deal), the buyer receives 100% of the buyer-side commission back — at no extra cost to you. Your commission doesn't change; it's our share we return.

Your listing goes live on REALTOR.ca and Pillar 9. We manage all showing requests, lockbox access, and feedback collection.
Receive and negotiate
When offers come in, we review every detail with you and negotiate to get the best price and terms for your situation.
Close
We coordinate with your lawyer, the buyer's agent, and the mortgage lender to ensure a smooth, on-time closing.
