Our approach
Real estate commissions have always been a bit opaque. Sellers pay. Buyers assume it's built into the price. Nobody asks questions. NEX RE decided to change that.
We built a brokerage where the buyer rebate isn't a negotiation — it's the policy. It's in writing. It's available to every client, every time.
We're also a brokerage that takes compliance seriously. NEX RE operates under RECA's rules, is a member of CREA, and holds membership at the Calgary Real Estate Board.

Sunny Toor is the Broker of Record of NEX RE — licensed by RECA and a REALTOR® through CREA. Sunny is personally responsible for supervising all transactions, trust-account compliance, and the client experience.
NEX RE is based in Calgary and currently serves the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) area, including Chestermere, with plans to expand to Edmonton and Red Deer as the brokerage grows.
When you work with NEX RE, you work directly with Sunny — a licensed professional who built the rebate program, filed it with RECA, and stands behind every transaction personally.
